500g all- purpose flour
1 sachet dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Pour the measured flour into a big bowl
Rub in the butter
warm milk for 2-3 in a microwave(The milk shouldn’t be too hot)
Add yeast to the warm milk and whisk until smooth as well as sugar and salt
Beat the eggs separately and keep
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour and mix
Add in the beaten eggs and mix nicely till it gives you one big lump with all the ingredients incorporated.
Now you can knead until the dough is elastic, not sticky on the surface or hands.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a moist cloth
Keep in a warm environment to rise for about 2hrs (An indication that it is risen is, the dough doubles in size)
Now is a good time to preheat oven to 200 degrees.
While you cut the dough into small lumps and roll on a floured surface
Place in a greased baking pan and brush with the reserved egg white
Bake for +/_ 30mins till golden brown
Remove and allow to cool(If you are not tempted to start eating at this point)
Enjoy with some multi-veggie scrambled eggs or spread of your choice!
