Marinated spareribs was my last meal before the blogging leave. Cooking with honey is alien to Cameroonian cuisine, can’t remember any recipe that calls for the use of honey. We have awesome recipes for making pork, oh how I love pork! I will eat this any day any time. I find these marinated spareribs super delicious.
As an adventurous foodie, I am learning to try different seasonings in the kitchen.With one key ingredient, you are sure to have a 5-star restaurant treat in the comfort of your home. It is finger licking sweet!
This is how to get it done:
You will need to arrange single layers of spareribs in a nonmetallic oven dish.
Mix all the ingredients (see the printable version for a list of ingredients) in one bowl, and pour over the ribs. Let is stand for about four hours, then flip the sides to ensure the ingredients cover every part of the spareribs. Then cover and let it stand in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 180 C, roast for about 1 hour or 1:15mins. Remove and serve with baked potatoes and some veggies
