THE PERFECT AFRICAN SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN

Tis the seasoning for grilling and dining. This spicy African chicken will make you fall in love with chicken all over again! It is super crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and bursting with loads of flavor!

I love chicken, I mean what’s there not to love about chi-ken? This African spicy grilled chicken is perfect for weekends. You can just marinade the chicken with the spices listed below. Then leave in the fridge to soak overnight and just thrust it to your oven the next day.

Can you imagine a wedding ceremony or birthday without grilled chicken? That is almost unheard of! This spicy chicken is a must on every African feasting table. Common now, you do not want to serve your guest some tasteless bland chicken! Let this spice queen help you spice things up and make it taste better.

The marinade

My perfect chicken marinade is a mixture of wet and dry ingredients. My mom, for instance, will go just with the wet ingredients for her chicken. That also taste outta world delicious! But I like to add some paprika powder and sometimes curry powder to my chicken. Simply because I am a spice addict!

let me show you how to. By the way, there is a video of this coming up on my Youtube channel. Make sure you subscribe for the full grilled chicken gist.
