Hey! I am happy to share this super, simple, easy two-ingredient ice cream recipe with you all. Who could have thought one can make ice cream in less than no time. By the way, has anyone noticed all (almost all) my recipes have two things in common? Simple and easy! Yes, I love when things are simple and if they are easy, then it makes it even better.  I share another simple recipe with you all.  Quick question:  Did you try my homemade yogurt yet? Will be happy to know how it turned out for you.  

I am pretty sure you have these two ingredients in your kitchen as we speak. If not they aren’t difficult to get, any grocery store should have whip cream and sweetened condensed milk. 

Two ingredient ice cream

All you need is to whip up heavy cream for 5 mins till it is stiff, fold in sweetened condensed milk. Put in the freezer for 6 hours and baam! Your ice cream is done. You see! It is that easy.

Instructions
  1. Pour cream in a bowl
    Two ingredient ice cream
  2. Whip cream till it's stiff, this should take like 5 minutes with an electric hand mixer. You can use a whisk to whip up the cream it just takes more time.
  3. Fold in the condensed milk
  4. Pour in a tupperware plastic container and freeze for 6 hours

  5. Take out of the freezer, scoop out the amount you want for the now and store the rest in the freezer
